Mandy Pierson – Office Manager
Mandy was born and raised in Cody, Wyoming. Along with her husband Phil and their five children, Ava, Liz, Sam, James and Will. They enjoy camping, hiking in Sinks Canyon and traveling. She is the office manager as well as an optician, helping our patients find the perfect glasses for them. Mandy has been a member of our team since 2020 but originally worked here right after moving to Lander in 2018. Mandy has over 10 years experience working in optometry offices.
Aivree relocated to Lander from Gillette, Wyoming in 2021 and is an essential part of our optical team. She loves fishing, hiking and has a passion for photography. Aivree brings a fresh set of eyes to our office and is a natural at helping patients find the right frame for each person. She is working toward getting her certification as an optician and we are lucky to have her here.
Debbie has worked in the medical field for over 20 years and is the perfect person to assist Dr. Weideman with patient care by doing our special testing and pre-testing. Debbie and her husband, Lenny have three grown children and three adorable grandchildren.
Julie grew up here in Lander and is our new insurance coordinator. Julie loves her pets, Max, Sam and Hector and enjoys working out and being in the mountains. Family time is important to her and she and her mom love paddle boarding together. Spending her days contacting the insurance companies for our patients may not be the easiest job in our office, however, we are happy she enjoys it and we are glad to have her smiling face as a part of our team.
