Meet our Doctor and Staff at Lander Vision Source

Dr. Kortny Lancaster, O.D.

Dr. Lancaster attended the Kentucky College of Optometry in Pikeville, KY. Here he learned full-scope eye care and advanced laser procedures. While in school he testified to the Wyoming legislature to help advance and pass the bill for advanced therapeutics and use of laser procedures. Dr. Lancaster is excited about his future here in this community to meet its residents and to help deliver the best eye care.

Dr. Lancaster purchased Lander Vision in August of 2023 from Dr. Mikel Weideman and looks forward to serving our community with the same values and strives for excellence in patient care and customer service as his predecessor.

When he isn’t in the office, you can find him in the outdoors with his family. He enjoys camping, fishing, and exploring new trails on his mountain bike. He also loves a good book and will never turn down Reese’s peanut butter cup. Dr. Lancaster and his wife, Briana, have three adorable children, Cooper, Kohen, and Tessa.

Briana Lancaster

Briana is a Wyoming native and met Dr. Lancaster in High School. Together they have ventured from high school to college together and onto graduate school where she supported Dr. Lancaster through his Optometry schooling. She attended college at WWCC and received a degree in Business Administration. She has loved being a stay at home mom the last 4 years but now works full time for Lander Vision as our Office Manager. She has a deep love for people and is so happy to help you with any of your needs from billing questions, ordering glasses, scheduling appointments, and anything else you may need. She wants everyone to feel welcome and at home when they walk through our doors.

Aivree Conde

Aivree relocated to Lander from Gillette, Wyoming in 2021 and is an essential part of our optical team. She loves fishing, hiking and has a passion for photography. Aivree brings a fresh set of eyes to our office and is a natural at helping patients find the right frame for each person. She is working toward getting her certification as an optician and our office would not be the same without her.

Brittny Henry

Brittny is a Fremont county native and is our do it all technician. She is ready to listen to your concerns and guide you through the different testing needed for a comprehensive exam. You will also find her in optical where she can assist you in ordering your next pair of glasses. She is the mother to three wonderful girls that she raises with her husband. Lander is her home and she looks forward to serving you here at Lander Vision.
